1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or purchasing from the website located at https://www.skytecksolutions.com (the “Website”), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable federal and state laws. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Website or place any orders

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Website.

2. Orders

  • All orders are subject to acceptance. We may cancel any order (e.g., pricing error, fraud) with a full refund.

  • Custom / made-to-order products are FINAL SALE once production begins. A deposit of 50% is non-refundable after production starts.

  • Standard orders may be canceled free within 48 hours and before shipment.

3. Payment

We accept [Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay,Stripe]. Payment is charged at order confirmation. Prices are in USD and exclude tax and shipping, which are shown at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping cost and estimated transit time are displayed at checkout.

  • Verify your address before ordering. Incorrect addresses = you pay reshipping.

  • Transit damage: Photograph damage before accepting (or within 24 hrs) and notify us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.

5 Returns

  • Standard products: 30 days from delivery. Must be unused, in original packaging, uninstalled. You pay return shipping unless the return is our error.

  • Custom products: No returns or exchanges (see warranty below).

  • Refunds processed to original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receipt.

6. Limited Warranty (1 Year)

We warrant our van shelving against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from delivery.

Your remedy: We will ship replacement parts (free) or issue a refund for the defective component. We do not provide on-site installation or repair. You are responsible for all labor and installation.

Not covered: normal wear, corrosion, misuse, improper installation, modification, or use beyond rated load.

To file a claim: Email [support@skytecksolutions.com] with order number, description, and photos. We respond within 5 business days.

7. Miscellaneous

  • Intellectual Property: All site content is protected by copyright/trademark. No copying or commercial use without permission.

  • Third-party links: We are not responsible for linked sites.

  • Changes: We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use = acceptance.
