- Packaging and Size
How are the parts packaged?
Van shelving components are shipped flat-packed for transportation. Please check the product page for the dimensions, package details, and included hardware for the specific system you are ordering.
How do I choose the right size?
Measure the usable interior space of your van and compare it with the product dimensions before ordering. Check the vehicle model, wheelbase, and roof height listed on the product page. If you are unsure, contact us with your van year, make, model, wheelbase, and roof height before you buy.
- Shipping and Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping to addresses within the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining states).
Where will my order ship from?
Orders ship from our third-party warehouses in Georgia or California. We select a warehouse based on your delivery address and product availability, with the goal of shipping from the nearest location with available stock. An order may ship in more than one package or from more than one warehouse.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories?
Please contact us before placing an order to confirm whether delivery is available and whether additional shipping charges apply.
How long will delivery take?
Processing and transit times vary based on product availability, destination, and carrier service. Any delivery date shown at checkout or in a shipping notification is an estimate. Tracking information will be emailed when available. Large shelving systems may ship by freight carrier and may require someone to receive the delivery.

- Assembly and Installation
Can I assemble and install the shelving myself?
Many customers can assemble the shelving with basic tools. Vehicle mounting requirements vary by van and product. Review the product instructions and installation video before beginning. If you are unfamiliar with power tools or vehicle mounting points, we recommend hiring a qualified installer.
Do you provide an installation guide?
Yes. Please see our installation video and the instructions provided with your product.
- Modifications and Vehicle Safety
Do not cut, drill, or modify structural parts of your vehicle. If a fit adjustment appears necessary, contact us or consult a qualified vehicle upfitter before making changes.
