Our Story

SkyTeck started in 2014 in a garage workshop — Jacky, one press brake, and a notebook full of van dimensions. 10 years later we design and build our own heavy-duty van shelving and ship it direct to customers across the United States.

We learned this trade in Australia. Smaller market than America, harder on equipment: summers over 110°F, corrugated roads, and trades who work out of their vans all day. If a shelf let go there, every fitter in town knew by Friday. That is where the product had to prove itself before we brought it here.

Here is the part most brands will not tell you: an $800 shelving unit does not cost $800 to build.It changes hands two or three times before it ever reaches your van,and each hand takes a margin. We sell direct. Same steel,one less markup in the chain.

Deeper, Not Just Heavier
The racks most vans come with are 13″ deep. Ours are 16.5″ — up to 25% more usable depth against the same wall. A full-size tool case, an HVAC component and a PEX coil fit on one level, and the rear doors still close. Van shelving is not a high-tech product and we are not going to pretend it is. We just make the shelves deeper, the steel honest, and the price lower.

Where We Are Going
