Here’s How It Works:

  1. Start Your Return Online: For the fastest service,Visit your Order History.Click “Return Item(s)” and follow the simple prompts.Your request is submitted, and we’ll get back to you with approval and next steps within 24 business hours.You can also contact our friendly Customer Service team at skyteck@skytecksolutions.com

  2. Pack It Up: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging with the RA number clearly written on the outside of the box.

  3. Send It Back:

    • For Returns Due to Our Error (e.g., wrong or defective item): We will provide a prepaid and pre-addressed shipping label at no cost to you.

    • For All Other Returns: You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind.

Once We Receive Your Return:
We will process your return within 3-5 business days of receipt. After inspection to ensure the item is in returnable condition, you will receive:

  • A Refund: The full item price will be credited to your original payment method.

  • An Exchange: Your replacement item will be shipped out immediately.

Please allow your bank or credit card company a few additional business days to post the refund to your account.
